10 YEARS: The B Series Barber Chairs hydraulic bases, reclining mechanisms, and mechanical components are guaranteed for 100,000 Haircuts or 10years from the date of purchase. Upholstery and other components have a 3 year warranty.
7.5 YEARS: All USA-Made Foot-Operated hydraulic bases (cylinder only) are guaranteed for seven and one-half years from the date of purchase.
5 YEARS: 5250, 4250 & 3250 model hydraulic bases (cylinder only), Collins Comfort Zone anti-fatigue mats, Sol Air dryer motors & hoods, chair-back reclining mechanisms, and ABS Shampoo Bowls if broken are guaranteed for five years from the date of purchase.
3 YEARS: BKB Electric Base, molded urethane arms, cabinet hinges, and cabinet drawer-slides are guaranteed for three years from the date of purchase.
2 YEARS: All Jeffco chairs, Jeffco K500 and Collins 2200 dryers. All Shampoo Bowls and vacuum breakers and all Collins-Jeffco faucets are guaranteed for two years from the date of purchase.
1 YEAR: All remaining components, unless noted otherwise, are guaranteed for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
This guarantee applies only to the original purchaser and all claims must be made through the authorized Collins distributor from whom the equipment was purchased.
These warranties cover replacement-repair parts, not labor, and they do not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by water or fire; staining, fading, or discoloration of fabrics, laminates, or finishes; or where there is evidence of improper/incorrect/incomplete installation, tampering, mishandling, abuse, or misuse of the equipment.
In the event customer needs help diagnosing or reviewing problems with Collins equipment, regardless of cause, Collins technical support team can be reached by phone or email prior to requesting warranty, or out-of-warranty, repair parts.
