Shipping & Returns
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
All pertinent information such as quantities, item numbers, fabric selections, laminate selections, optional features, special needs, and shipping instructions should be specified at the time of order placement.
Sales order acknowledgments are e-mailed, faxed, or mailed to the customer placing the order. It is the responsibility of the customer to review the acknowledgment to insure accuracy regarding quantities, item numbers, descriptions, colors, etc.
You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). All other returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Cancelation on standared orders within 24 hours suject to 2.5% processing fee.

Customer Approved Drawings
For custom or special-order cabinetry, i.e. orders for cabinetry that is not pictured or described in a current manuctuers catalog, the company submits engineering drawings for customer approval approximately four weeks BEFORE the scheduled shipping date, before materials are ordered and manufacturing commences.
This approval process gives the salon owner, the designer-salesmen, the distributor, and manufacture the assurance that there is NO CONFUSION or misunderstanding as regards sizes, features, or colors.
This practice also assures our salon customers that their expectations are being met ... and assures them that there will be few, if any, SURPRISESwhen their new salon equipment arrives. Canceled orders are subject to a cancellation fee based on the percentage of completion.
